Reality Television - OK. Here's the deal. Back when I started in Reality TV there was hardly anything on. When 'Big Brother' started it was like the only new thing on in the summer. Now there are like 3 shows on A NIGHT!!! I just cannot keep up with all the shows so I am not going to be able to recap everything. Plus there are the 24/ 7 live feeds to cover so I can't even just tape stuff & watch them cuz I will be watching the feeds. So here is what I am going to do. I am going to post an article on my site & you can go to that & add a comment to it to pick which shows you most want to see monthly recaps of.

Beauty and the Geek - 6/29: Richard is still trying to steal Scarlet from Chuck cuz he thinks Chuck hates him. Scarlet said that Chuck is not typically her type. Their challenge this week is to go camping. Shawn thinks this will be his event cuz he is an Eagle Scout. They all had to race to the campsite & do some typical camping tasks. Mindi’s stomach hurt so Richard carried her pack. Shawn also doesn’t feel well & had to stop & lay down. Medics attend to him & his blood pressure was 158/ 58. He also threw up. Once at the pond each person had to catch a fish. Chuck & Caitilin were first to the campsite. Scarlet was so pissed at Shawn cuz she thought he would excel at this. Chuck tried to comfort her but she would have none of that. Caitilin thought Scarlet was mean to Shawn. Summary continued here

Blow Out - 6/28: Jonathon shows off his ad he put in a paper for a hair show he is doing called ‘Feeling It’. He is finally happy w/ the product line. Kimberly is jealous of the people that got to go to New York & was really pissed when she found out that Kiara took her baby & her boyfriend when Jonathon had told her he couldn’t take her cuz of cost. Hells Kitchen - 6/27: Jessica was really upset that her plan didn’t work & her friend, Mary Ellen, was kicked off last week. Chef asked Ralph who was the strongest on his team & he said he is & that Andrew is the weakest. Chris said he was the strongest for his team & that Jimmy was the weakest. Chef tells them they are throwing away the menus & will do past tonight. They are tested on cooking pasta by having to make spaghetti in 20 minutes. I Want to be a Hilton - 6/28: They got to take a private helicopter to the Hamptons. Latricia didn’t even know what the Hamptons were. They watched a polo match & the Madison team got a little wild while Park is more subdued. Tinkerbell was there & Niki thinks she has a better shot cuz she thinks she looks like Paris [she doesn’t]. Kathy tells them that her Mother died a few years ago from breast cancer & their task today will be to do an estate sale & an auction to raise money for the cause. Real World Austin - 6/28: I missed this episode somehow. I know the main storyline was Danny & Melinda finally hooked up. 7/5: Danny is worried about his surgery. The show flew his Dad out to be there w/ him. He doesn’t have anything to do w/ his Mom. She is an alcoholic & his parents divorced when he was 18. He is worried about what his Dad will think. He tells his Dad that people aren’t nice there & he feels he let his Dad down. His Dad told him his Mom wants him to call & Danny told his Dad not to give her his number. Sports Kids Moms and Dads - 6/29: Sarah doesn’t feel well but Mom makes her continue on. Sharon can even tell that Sarah has a swollen gland but tells her to work through it. Sarah’s coach thinks Sarah is under a lot of pressure & if she gets burned out it will all be for nothing & her talent will be wasted. Sarah competes in another individual competition & last year’s National Champion is there. Sharon tells Sarah not to give her whole routine away.
