Reality Television - It’s Back! My biggest reality TV obsession! Big Brother is here & it is an All Star edition & so far, at least from the feeds, it has been very boring. Season Six has all the power having the most people in the house. People are just too scared to go after them & I believe they are throwing HoH so they are winning them all. I hope things change soon cuz people are losing interest fast. One thing it has done is made me totally flip flop. I loved the SOV6 last year & now think of them as just as bad as the Friendship. I guess the FS were just THAT BAD that it made the SOVs look good. Oh well. Rock Star is back too & so far I have been disappointed. Last year had so much talent & this one has me scratching my head in disbelief that this is really the best they could find? Project Runway also returned & so far, it hasn’t let me down. Still so good. Hells’ Kitchen is great too. No one I am rooting for but I have my villain in Sara so I’m happy. & I just love watching Chef rip into them. I am still watching Treasure Hunters but am bored by it. Ooh a new show that just started but I didn’t cover is Work Out. I just can’t cover everything you know? But I like it so far. It is the chick that went to get her hair done by Jonathon on Blow Out has her own gym. It is a total reality tv hang out. One of the trainers is Rebecca from TAR. She was the one w/ her supposedly not gay ex-boyfriend Adam w/ the horns. & she trains the obnoxious Victoria. I also saw Tara from Paradise Hotel getting trained. I am surprised Toni Ferrari wasn’t there. Maybe that is coming up. Let’s see.
What is coming up? Ooh. 30 Days. I don’t cover that one but it is an excellent show you should all watch. He takes opposites & they have to literally walk in each other’s shoes for 30 days. So cool. It is on Bravo on Wednesdays at 9pm CST. Celebrity Fit Club is back on VH1 on August 6. The new cast is Bone Crusher [Rapper], Erika Eleniak, Ted Lange [Love Boat], Vincent Pastore [Sopranos], Angie Stone [singer], Nicholas Turturro [NYPD Blue], Carnie Wilson & Tina Yothers [Family Ties]. Flavor of Love comes back to VH1 on August 6th as well. That is a show I just can’t watch. I understand it is a trainwreck & all, I just can’t do it. Laguna Beach stars Lauren’s little sister & begins August 16 on MTV. & I have to end this with once again asking for people to help post the BB live feeds at MediaFiends.com. I reward by loyal posters by reimbursing the cost of the feeds in September. & I am always looking for people to write articles about all the reality shows & things like Housecalls. Big Brother All Stars 7/6: There are more than 50 cameras & 76 microphones in the house.. 20 candidates have campaigned & over 15 million votes were cast. Julie had a key box. All 20 join her with a suitcase in front of the house. Julie said the most important thing to keep in mind is they are all on their own cuz only 1 can win. Expect the unexpected & do not assume this season as well. Cu7z the competition was so close they will open the door to 2 more so there will be 14 in the house. The Top 4 men & top 4 girls go in. Fresh Meat - 6/26: Wes continues to dog Johanna & tells us that spite may be the only thing could get her to beat him. The rest of the house throws a costume party where Tonya comes dressed in underwear & lipstick smeared across her face. Johanna leaves the party to go kiss up to Wes. Hell's Kitchen - 6/26: Tom is still b*tching about the guys nominating him. Garrett said the team would be better without Tom. Tom tells us he is 43 & this is his 4th career & he doesn’t have anything else. He claims he gave up more than anyone else & is there for the money. Heather & Rachel are appalled by this. Last Comic Standing - 6/27: Michele thinks her win proves that she deserves to be there. I don’t agree. I still think she is lame. Everyone goes to dinner & it is a Moroccan theme complete with belly dancers carrying snakes. & they are twins too. Then they are woken up at 2:30am to get on the bus at 3:30 & arrive at the location at 5:30. It’s Adam Corolla’s radio show. They pick a magazine at random & have to do a one-minute routine about it. Project Runway - 7/12: I didn’t watch the first season. There is just so much on I can’t keep up with everything & have to make cuts somewhere. But then I heard how great it was so watched the 2nd season but didn’t recap it. I loved it. So here I am covering the 3rd season. We first saw the early auditions. Santino helped out in L.A. Nick Verreos was in Chicago. Chloe Dao was in Miami. Daniel Vasovic was in NYC. Summary continued here

Real World Key West - 6/27: They go back to KW & see that their house isn’t in too bad of shape besides the pool overflowing & yucky. Paula calls Keith & then everyone but Svetlana goes to Mystic Tan to check out the damage. I can’t remember if Paula was there or not. But the others are again trashing Svetlana behind her back. Mystic Tan has more damage & they call Rickey to tell him. They find out that there isn’t any flood insurance in KW. Summary continued here

Rock Star Supernova - 7/5: The show is back! I like this show way more than AI. Just more my type of music. This time the band is called “Supernova”. My husband thinks that is a hysterical name cuz of it’s definition: The death explosion of a massive star, resulting in a sharp increase in brightness followed by a gradual fading. Treasure Hunters - 6/26: The teams are in South Dakota. At 2:30am they are woken up & given the clue that they will follow the trail of Lewis & Clark & go to Lexington Mine in Kentucky by driving a Tundra that they pick a key & have to find which car it belongs to. That was fairly simple since everyone just chirped the alarm. The Wild Hanlons go a lot slower than everyone else. They have to go in the mine to find the next clue & can leave one person up top.
