They did the Samba next.
I liked this one way better. I
also liked that she put herself out there & the spotlight was on her &
not the pro. Bruno said all the
right buttons were pressed. He loved
it & gave a 10. Carrie Ann said
she finally gave everything & it was sophisticated & elegant & gave
a 10. Len said he hopes her Dad is
watching cuz he should be proud & thought it was the best of the night so
far & gave a 10. That brings
their total this round to a perfect 30 & overall their score is 59.
John & Edyta did the Foxtrot first.
It wasn’t good but there is just something about him.
He doesn’t just stand around like Billy Ray.
Bruno said it was elegant & sold himself better than ever & gave
an 8. Carrie Ann said the character
matched & was his best so far & gave an 8.
Len said he relates to him cuz of their age & if he was doing it he
would be in hospital. He thought it
was a great performance but heavy in places.
A good job & gave a 7 bringing the to tal to 23.
The Rumba was next.
Again, not great but the guy is trying.
Carrie Ann said there wasn’t enough passion but is the best mover of
all the old guys that have been on the show.
She gave a 7. Len liked the
dance & said he isn’t the 1st old guy to try to seduce a younger woman
& said it was his best & gave an 8.
Bruno said he was surprised cuz he thought it would be rubbish & gave
a 7 bringing this round’s total to 22 & overall they got a 45.
Apolo & Julianne began w/ a Foxtrot.
There is just nothing to say. This
is THE best couple. They are both
awesome, adorable & take risks. They
are fun to watch. Carrie Ann said it
was very dreamwork & the footwork was great & gave a 9.
Len said he is a good dancer but he wants great & that wasn’t &
gave an 8. I don’t get the judges
scores at all. John is not a good
dancer at all & Len gives Apolo the same score?
Unbelievable to me. Bruno
didn’t like what Len said & they argue.
Bruno said they were totally in tune & they sold it & he gave a
9. I don’t usually comment on
Samantha Harris backstage cuz she is a complete imbecile but I had to point out
the stupid comment she made that if you combine Apolo & Julianne’s ages
they are still younger than ½ the people in the competition.
WTF is she talking about? The
people sitting behind them weren’t thrilled w/ that either.
Tom was funny as usual & said if you double the combined ages they
are still younger than Len.
They did the Mambo next & I loved it again.
Len said it was a very good performance but not great & said he lacks
posture & gave a 9. Bruno said
he looks like he danced his whole life & does difficult choreography &
sells it & gave a well deserved 10. Carrie
Ann said he was a little off & not his best & gave a 9.
This round is a 28 & overall they got a 54.
Ian & Cheryl started w/ a Tango.
Cheryl listened to the judges & brought Billy Ray into rehearsal to
try to loosen Ian up. I don’t like
Billy Ray’s constant plugging of his crap but I thought he was funny when he
said “heelbilly”. Ian’s 90210
pals Jason Priestly, Jennie Garth & Tori Spelling were in the audience.
I thought they were great. Len
said they had fire, passion & drama but there was a tiny little blunder so
he gave a 9. Bruno said that was the
revenge of Ian & his best & gave a 9. Carrie Ann said she
appreciates he had drama & fun & gave a 9 bringing the total this round
to 27.
Then they did the Mambo.
I liked it & don’t know why they give him such a hard time.
Bruno said this was his night for a breakthrough & saw him enjoy
dancing & gave a 9. Carrie Ann
said he had a nice attitude shift but needs to work on his posture & gave a
9. Len said he has great rhythm
& hip action & they had great posture & gave a 9 bringing this total
the same as last, 27 & overall they got 54.
Billy Ray & Karrrrina attempted the Waltz & it
sucked so hard. Billy Ray did
nothing but stand there while Karrrina flitted around.
The judges scores suck as well. I
don’t get it at all. A guy can
stand there & do nothing & score above 5’s meaning better than
average? No way.
This is total crap. If Billy
Ray is a 6 then Apolo is a 20,000. Bruno
compared him to Vanna White standing around pointing to the real talent &
told hi m he has to work yet he gives him a 6.
Carrie Ann said his charisma is contagious but he really needs to dance
& gave him a 5. Len said he
brings fun & enjoyment but he only had 1 recognizable step & it was a
samba. But he loves him & gave a
6 bringing the total to 21. What a
crock of shit.
He stood around for the Samba next & the scores go
up. What a joke.
Carrie Ann said she keeps thinking he will go wrong but he got the steps
done & has determination beyond belief.
Huh? Where does she see that?
When he stands w/ his feet together or apart?
She gave a 7. Len said that
was better than the Waltz & wondered if he had Master P’s shoes but gives
a 7. Bruno said he bullies his way
through yet they watch & he gave a 7 b ringing the total to 21 & overall
they got a 38.
Joey & Kym did the Foxtrot.
I love him. He actually
dances while having fun. He did a
little magic trick too turning a scarf into a cane.
Carrie Ann said it was really good& gave a 10.
Len liked his attitude, belief & confidence but thought there was too
much razzle dazzle & gave a 9. Bruno
said it was dazzling & great & gave a 10 bringing the total to 29.
The Jive was next & I loved it as usual.
Len said it had freedom & wasn’t wild & totally in sync.
He had been waiting all season to make that lame joke.
He gave a 10. Bruno rambled
something & said it was great & gave a 10.
Carrie Ann said she was surprised he is flexible & said it was the
best dance so far & gave a 10 bringing the total to 30 & overall they
got a 59.

5/1: They
didn’t want to give the Encore to the two 10s so they claimed they tossed a
coin & Laila & Maksim won. Ian
cracked me up when he was teasing Joey saying he was the driving force behind
NSYNC. Kenny Mayne was back &
was hysterical. He hosted “
Laila & Maksim were safe.
John & Edyta were in the Bottom 2.
Next week they will do 2 dances each again, a Ballroom
& a Latin. Jimmy Kimmel &
his parking lot attendant demonstrated the Cha Cha, actually they just talked
about it. Jimmy dreamed about hot
girls saying “cha cha cha” over & over.
The other guy dreamed of guys from the show saying it.
Then you saw the 2 of them were in bed together & then the camera
pans back & Tom Bergeron was in bed w/ them too.
Apolo & Julianne were safe.
The Finale is in 3 weeks. Ian
& Cheryl were safe. Billy Ray
& Karina were Bottom 2. John
& Edyta were out. What a crock
of shit. Billy Ray doesn’t want to
be there & doesn’t even try. Next
week he should just sit down while Karrrina dances or not even go on stage &
I am sure he will still get 7s. John
didn’t do the loser dance w/ Edyta & in stead pulled everyone else out
there to do the Bunny Hop.
5/7: Ian
& Cheryl were first w/ the Foxtrot.
During the week he surprised her w/ a Bday cake & had a 10 on it to
wish for a 10. They it evolved into
a cake fight & he smashed it on her boobs.
I thought they did a good job. Len
didn’t agree & thought they took a dip & it was skippy & hoppy.
He gave a 7. Bruno agreed
& compared him to a jumping goat & gave a 7.
Carrie Ann said the footwork was off but he has exuberance & charm
& gave an 8 bringing the total this round to 22.
They did the Rumba next.
I liked this one too. Carrie
Ann said it only looked like he was trying to do the passion & it looked
fake & gave an 8. Len said he
had great hip action but lacks a naturalness & gave an 8.
Bruno though they were in business & gave a 9 bringing their total
this round to 25 & overall they got a 47.
Joey & Kym did the Waltz.
They went to the Kentucky Derby this weekend to try to get votes.
Joey was trying to be more serious this time & I thought he did a
good job as usual but the judges hated on him.
Bruno said he likes the old Joey w/ a razzle dazzle & should stick to
what he does best. Joey noted that
they can’t please everyone so what should he do & Bruno said please him.
He gave an 8. Carrie Ann
agreed w/ Bruno & told him not to hold back cuz he is missing the joy that
makes him special & gave a 9. Len said it had elegance & beauty.
He said it was lovely & proper dancing & gave a 8 bringing the
total to 26. So I think Joey should
go back to what he did before cuz it is better to have 2 out of 3.
They did the Mambo next.
Unless it is Billy Ray, or boring, there really isn’t anything to say
about the finalists. They all do a
great job & I liked this one as well. Len
said they did a tricky thing doing the dance on the 2nd beat but wonders why
they spend a lot of time between each other’s legs.
He gave a 9. Bruno said he
pimped the mambo & he liked it & gave a 10.
Carrie Ann said they stepped it up & gave a 10 bringing the total
this round to 29 & overall th ey got a 55.
Billy Ray & Karrrina attempted the Foxtrot first.
He is awful as usual. But
again, at least he is trying the best he can.
He just doesn’t have any talent whatsoever.
Carrie Ann marveled at the fact that he is still here.
She said he has improved so much but his technique isn’t up to par w/
the others but still gave him a 7. I
just don’t get these scores. He is
awful & he should get 2s at the most. Len
said that dance had the most conten t he has ever done & had all the right
steps but at all the wrong times. He
thought it was entertaining & gave him a 6.
Unbelievable. I hate this
sliding scale the score on. If
anyone else performed like that they would be ripped to shreds.
Bruno said it was deliciously awful & said the dancing is terrible
& crap. Which it is.
Yet he gave a 5 bringing the total to 18.
Billy Ray had a hissy backstage w/ the awful Samantha & said Bruno
saying he is crap is the pot calling the kettle crap.
Sorry honey. Your dancing is crap & everyone knows it.
He wasn’t calling YOU crap, even though I think you are.
He was critiquing your dancing, which is his job.
He walked through the Mambo next.
He tried to score some votes by stopping to shake Ali’s hand.
Bruno said he is a wild beat that cannot be trained & gave a 7.
Carrie Ann said his ballroom was better & she loves that he makes
people think they can dance too & gave a 6.
Len said he is always entertaining & overscored w/ a 7 as well
bringing the total this round to 20 & overall they got 38.
Billy Ray whined & whined & whined.
Laila & Maksim started w/ a Waltz.
Her parents were there & I know it was just for ratings & votes.
She blew a kiss to her Dad during the dance & I wasn’t impressed w/
it at all. I thought it was really
boring but everyone raved about it cuz her living legend Father was there.
Tom even said that was THE moment of the season.
Whatever. It was totally
forgettable. Len said it was
poignant & had class & elegance but her posture wasn’t that good &
gave a 9. Bruno said she sold it but watch the posture & gave a 9.
Carrie Ann claimed it was true & very profound & gave a 9
bringing the total to 27.
The Jive was next. I
thought this was a lot better. Carrie
Ann said it was really good, clever & funky but to watch her arms on the
turns & gave a 9. Len said he is
very pleased w/ her & then criticized Maksim’s choreography &
doesn’t want anymore gimmicks before giving an 8.
Bruno agreed & told them to go for it & use it & not cover it
up w/ gimmicks & gave a 9 bringing the total to 26 & overall they got
53.
Apolo & Julianne did the Tango.
I don’t ever need to say anything about these 2.
They are far & away the best dancers.
Bruno said they were electric & the choreography is so inventive
& gave a 10. Carrie Ann said
they were in sync & said & showed a 10 but they scored a 9.
Why to they always mess up w/ her scores?
Len said it lacked passion & drama & was far too hectic so he
only gave an 8. The total should be
28 b ut shows a 27.
They ended w/ a Paso Doble.
I knew he would kill on this but he is good at everything.
It was so dramatic from start to finish.
He ripped her skirt off before the performance to use as a cape &
then during the dance they got a flashing light show.
It was beyond good. Len said
it had passion & drama & that is a proper dance & gave a 10.
Bruno said that is a champion going for the finish line & gave a 10.
Carrie Ann said he is in it to win it & thought it was fabulou s
& gave a 10. So they got a
perfect score of 30 that round & overall they got 58.

5/8: Apolo
& Julianne's Paso got the Encore. Billy Ray was asked if he has any
hard feelings & he said it is a celebration & he isn't even supposed to
be there & is getting ready to do Kimmel tonight. I am so sick of his
aw shucks attitude but then when someone says he is shit he gets all offended.
In the audience segment some guy was trying to talk
Snoop Dogg speak & said "fo shizzle my nizzle". Does he or
the show even realize that is the N-word? I thought that was Scary Spice
in the audience yesterday.
Billy Ray & Karrina were in the Bottom 2. Then
they went to the Kimmel segment & this week's dance was the Waltz & they
got the help of the "Dancing Ferry" & it was Master P. Now I
hated him on the show but he was funny here & I liked that he made fun of
himself & his horrible dancing.
Ian & Cheryl were safe! Ooh the suspense!
I like Ian & think people are way too hard on him but thought he should be
in the Bottom 2. Laila & Maksim and Apolo & Julianne were safe so
that means Joey & Kym are in the Bottom 2. Can Billy Ray's fans keep
him in another week? Nope. Thankfully he finally got the boot.
He gave an acceptance speech like Heather but didn't have it written out. He
started w/ that annoying thanking God & then gave Karr rina props &
thanked the fans & ABC & Disney... Tom interrupted to ask about his
album. Billy Ray is so shameless in his self-promotion. Tom said
Billy just wanted an 8 & lasted till Week 8 so got it.
5/14: They
still did 2 dances this week but got to pick 2 they have done & had to do
them to new music & choreography.
Apolo & Julianne started w/ the Quick Step.
I don’t need to say anything at all.
I don’t think they could do something I didn’t like.
Len said he really expected this to be good & it was fantastic.
He made a joke that Apolo has restless leg syndrome & gave them a 10.
Bruni said the Apolo Express is off & the foot work is incredible
& gave a 10. Carrie Ann thanked
them for setting the standard so high & gave a 10 so they got a perfect 30
this round.
They did the Cha Cha next.
It was SO sexy. Bruno said
they are so uplifting & a shot of adrenaline & gave them a 10.
Carrie Ann said they sold it & it was the sexiest Cha Cha she ever
saw & gave a 10. Len said his
footwork was better since he coached him but he thought it was too raunchy &
only gave a 9. So they got a 29 this
round & an overall total of 59.
Ian & Cheryl had a life coach help Ian loosen up
before they did the Tango. I
didn’t think it was horrible but it just seemed a little odd to me. Bruno
said the demon inside has started to come out & gave a 9.
Carrie Ann said they had a strong start but lost focus & gave a 9.
Len said it was their best dance & right o the money & gave a 10
bringing their total to 28.
Next up was the Jive.
Ian was dressed like Elvis. I
thought this one was better than their 1st.
Carrie Ann said who would have thought a wig would make him breakthrough
& gave a 10. Len said wear one
every week & has always thought he was technically the most sound & gave
a 10. Bruno didn’t know if the wig
was more Sanjaya or Liberace but agreed on the breakthrough & gave a 10.
So they got a perfect 30 this round & overall a 58.
Laila & Maksim did the Quick Step.
They argued a lot while rehearsing & she eventually walked out but
the next day Maks brought her flowers & then went to her home for a BBQ w/
the family. Her dance was on the
same level as Ian’s for me. Not
bad but nothing like Apolo & Julianne. Carrie
Ann said Laila has the toughest spot cuz people expect her to be as good as the
pro-females & she still holds her own. Carrie
Ann gave them a 10. Len said their
dance was a little more ba sic than Apolo & Julianne’s & Maks
interrupted to say it was harder. Len
gave a 10. Bruno rambled something
that I couldn’t follow & gave a 10. So
they got a perfect 30 as well.
They dd the Cha Cha next & I just don’t see in her
what everyone else does I guess. To
me it looked like she just walked around the floor & was stiff.
It’s not bad, it’s way better than I could even hope to do.
But she is not in the same park as the guys IMO.
She added her little dances at the end of it again.
Len said there was far more content this time & she won him over w/
the butterfly & gave a 10. Bruno
said there is no doubt she is a knock out & she hit every step & gave a
10. Carrie Ann said the technique
really shined through & gave a 10 giving them their 2nd perfect 10 &
getting a perfect 60 overall.
Joey & Kym started w/ a Fox Trot.
They were shooken up from being in the Bottom 2 so went to dance at
They ended w/ the Jive.
Joey started at the judges’ table & put his hat on Len & gave
Carrie Ann a peck on the cheek. He
even did the splits. They are so
much fun to watch & I don’t know why they were in the bottom last week.
I really think they are the #2 dancers.
Bruno said he has more flash than Vegas & tricks than Houdini &
gave a 10. Carrie Ann thanked him
for being a guy that came to the table cuz it is always the girls.
She thought it was fantastic & gave a 10.
Len said he has got something that everyone has but his is bigger….
Personality. He said if he is not in
the final show than they are missing a great dancer & gave a 10.
So a perfect 30 & 60 overall.

5/15: Len
said that Carrie Ann & Joey had a moment during his Jive so he & Kym got
the Encore. They were also safe
first. In the Jimmy Kimmel segment
everyone on his staff was dancing accept for accounting.
Jimmy told them all at the end they were fired.
They had a segment on an athelete, Apolo & Laila, versus an
entertainer, Joey & Ian. Then
the next one was each finalist talking about how good their competitors are.
They do not reveal a bottom 2 this time.
Laila & Maks were safe & Ian & Cheryl were out.
He still feels victory since he got three 10’s.
He thanks Cheryl & knows he wouldn’t have made it that far w/o her.
5/21: They
did 2 dances tonight. Judges’ pick
& a freestyle. Laila &
Maksim were up first w/ a Paso Doble. I
thought it was decent but they just don’t do much for me.
There’s just something missing. Len
said the last time they did this dance they were lacking but not tonight.
He said she had one of 2 leg things that weren’t right before giving
them a 9. Bruno said there was a
tidal wave of passion & her best dance to date & gave a 10.
Carrie Ann pulled a Paula, [speaking or Paula, did you hear she broke her
nose this weekend? She claims she
was trying not to step on her dog. Sure]
& said she is so proud of her & gave a 10 bringing the total to
29.
I wasn’t impressed w/ their freestyle at all.
Very boring. But I know they
will get a ton of votes cuz at the end she ripped Maks’ shirt in ½ &
eventually took it off completely. Carrie
Ann said she loved the flygirl moves but likes her more sophisticated so gave a
9. Len said her strength is in her
elegance & sophistication & gave an 8.
Bruno agreed & gave a 9 bringing the total to 26 & overall they
got a 55.
Apolo & Julianne were assigned the Rumba.
I liked it & thought it was a lot of fun.
Bruno said they have so much chemistry & are a joy to watch &
gave a 10. Carrie Ann thinks they
overperformed a hair & not their best & gave a 9.
Len agreed w/ her & said it lacks romance.
Bruno argued w/ him & pissed him off & now it was his turn to be
Paula & try to move his chair away from him.
Len thought it was too fast & hectic & gave a 9 bringing their
tota l to 28.
Their freestyle was awesome.
It was all breakdancing & they threw in a lot of tricks like
blindfolding themselves as they danced together.
I saw Young MC was in the audience whose song they danced to ‘Bust a
Move’. Len liked it & gave a
10. Bruno said it was so original
& had surprises & that is what a freestyle should be about & gave a
10. Carrie Ann did nothing but hug
them & gave a 10 bringing their total this round to a perfect 30 &
overall they got a 58.
Joey & Kym got the Cha Cha.
I liked it but knew the judges wouldn’t.
Carrie Ann said he is such a crowd pleaser but there wasn’t enough Cha
Cha so only gave a 9. Len said it
was far too theatrical & gave an 8. Bruno
said it was strangely odd & gave a 9 bring the total to 26.
Their freestyle was great too.
They danced disco to ‘Last Dance’ & started slow w/ fancy outfits
& then ripped them off as the music sped up to something more flashy.
Their last move was scary & cool at the same time as he swung her so
her face was near the floor & looked like she could easily smash her face if
not careful. Bruno said Mr
Excitement is back & loved it & gave a 10.
Carrie Ann loved that they incorporated all the dances Joey learned into
this one dance & gave a 10. Len
said he flew off the stage like Harry Potter on a Nimbus 2000 & the lifts
were effortless & wishes there was more than a 10 he could give but gives
just th e 10 to give them a perfect 30 this round & 58 overall.

I have said all along, Apolo & Julianne should win.
They are incredible. I think
Joey is definitely 2nd best. & I
think shirtless Maksim will get them a lot of votes so you just never can tell.
5/22: All
the couples that were kicked off got to do a quick dance across the stage to
kick off the show. The 3 past
winners were in the audience. There
was a long segment going through the history of the show starting w/ the British
version. Then the pro’s danced
together.
Apolo & Julianne reprised their Paso Doble.
Of course I liked it. Len
said Apolo always commits & when criticized he always comes back stronger
& he couldn’t find one step at fault tonight & gave them a 10.
Carrie Ann loves their incredible chemistry & how they work as a team
& gave a 10. Bruno likes their
youth & how they put a fresh spin on everything & also gave a 10 giving
them a perfect score of 10 & overall they got an 88 out of 90.
Joey & Kym went w/ their Star Wars Tango.
They didn’t get the best scores w/ this & they wanted to see how
they could improve on it. & they
were better this time. Bruno said he
is a method dancer & never fails to entertain & gave a 10.
Carrie Ann said he always sticks his signature mark on it & gave a
10. Len said he’s been trained but
never tamed. He brought personality
to every dance & is impressed that he chose a dance that he only gave them
an 8. This time he gave them a 10
bringing their score to a perfect 10 & overall an 86.
Laila & Maksim went a similar route & chose the
Tango cuz they didn’t do as well on it. I
thought they did a good job. She is
nowhere near as good as the guys but she has nothing to be ashamed of.
Carrie Ann said she is so proud of her & says she brings elegance
& sophistication & gave a 10. Len
said she always comes back fighting & this was fantastic & gave a 10.
Bruno said it was a great job & I think he called her an Amazon
before giving a 10 as well. So they
got a perfect 30 too & overall they got an 85.
So the leaderboard is still the same & the points
don’t change. The next segment was
their friends & family talking about how proud they are.
Laila & Maksim ended up w/ 3rd place.
Laila said she had so much fun & will be happy for whoever wins.
She said Maks was a great partner & of course she is pissed she
didn’t win. She said it doesn’t
matter who wins cuz it is about the fans now & it really doesn’t matter
who wins cuz she isn’t in it anymore.
The 1st 4 couples eliminated do a short dance &
Shandi lost an earring on the floor. Leeza
was stiff & horrible. Then the
other eliminated couples danced & Heather did her front walkover as usual.
Jimmy Kimmel had his final segment & this one was
for his phony Dance Along at Home DVD. Len
was in it saying “I’m British”. That’s
all he did. It was funny.
Clay Aiken was also in it to promote Guillermo’s Mustache Magic.
Tom asks the eliminated what they will miss most &
when he gets to Billy Ray he only wants to mention that his album has been moved
up. The next segment compared the
Final 2 & then the past winners talked about their experiences.
Then it was a walk down memory lane for Apolo & Joey until Apolo
& Julianne were named the winners. That
totally went exactly as it should. They
were far & away the best dancers & Joey was 2nd followed by Laila.
Joey was gracious in defeat.
